You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at Valérian Lenud, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Valérian Lenud for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

Payment

All products remain Valérian Lenud property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents’ permission to buy from Valérian Lenud.

 

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional Information Valérian Lenud reserves the right to alter any sort of information, including but not limited to that regarding prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. For any return you are in charge of the return shipping cost, and we will also subtract the shipping cost we paid for the first shipping.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at valerianlenud@gmail.com

Change is not available, but only in case of the print being damaged while shipping could be replaced.
